The meeting is open to all current cinema group members as well as those interested in joining the committee.
The Associations Incorporation Act 1981 outlines:
61Membership of management committee
(1) An incorporated association must have a management committee.
(2) All members of the management committee must be adults.
(3) The management committee must have at least 3 members of whom—
(a)1 holds the office of president; and
(b)another holds the office of treasurer.
